Fee to be pay/ charge for NID renewals-correction: Election Commission
Bangladesh has imposed a fee system for the re-issuance, correction and renewal
of national Identification card (NID), which has effected from September 1,

existing law, all the NID cards must be renewed after 15 years from the date of
its issuance. From now on, anyone can apply for voter registration as well as
for bringing change or correction on their NID card from their residence

Fee/charge for NID
1. ID Card Correction Form (Applying for Upazila/Thana Election Office).
2. Lost ID Card Duplicate Issue Form (Applying for Upazila/Thana Election Office).
3. New Voter Registration Form (Form - 2). (This form is for sample purpose to give user conceptual idea. User need to be collect/fill up/submit the form, from corresponding Local Election Commission office ) (This is a sample form for reference. Citizen has to collect original form from respective Election Commission Office, fill up and submit to the same with relevant documents.)
4. Application Form to delete name from voter list (Form - 12) (Applying for Upazila/Thana Election Office)
5. Application Form to change voter area / migration (Form-13) (Applying for Upazila/Thana Election Office)
